50 Years of Building Tomorrow
This year, we honour 50 years of young people shaping South Africa’s future through courage, leadership, and a determination to drive change.
From the youth of 1976 to the Makers of Tomorrow of today, each generation has left its mark and inspired the next to dream bigger, go further, and build a better future.

For 50 years, young South Africans have shown that change doesn’t happen by chance, it’s made. From the youth of 1976 to the Makers of Tomorrow today, each generation has chosen courage, challenged the status quo, and helped shape the future of our country.
Every day, young people are faced with choices that influence who they become and the future they build. Makers of Tomorrow celebrate those who choose growth over pressure, purpose over distraction, and future over fleeting moments.
Across South Africa, young people are using their talents, passions, and voices to inspire positive change in their communities and among their peers. Together, they're proving that making the right choice isn't about missing out; it's about staying focused on what matters most.
That's why Makers of Tomorrow encourages young people to say #NOtoU18 and yes to the opportunities, ambitions, and futures they're creating for themselves.
The Great Party Escape
In this Roblox adventure, players must escape a giant house party where every wrong turn brings them closer to disappearing. Along the way, they'll dodge obstacles, solve challenges, and race against the clock in a world where making the right choice matters.
Inspired by the Makers of Tomorrow movement, the game encourages young people to think about the choices that shape their future. Just as players must navigate the chaos to reach their goal, real-life success is built one choice at a time. That's why Makers of Tomorrow empowers young people to say #NOtoU18 and stay focused on the opportunities, ambitions, and futures they're creating for themselves.
